  1. Acceptance of Terms

    These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website www.crustello.com, the Crustello mobile application, and all services and products provided by RaceBox Motorsport LLC (hereinafter referred to as “RaceBox”), including those offered under its brand Crustello.

    By accessing or using any of these platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the website, mobile application, or services.

  2. Definitions

    • "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing RaceBox services.
    • "Content" includes all materials, data, and media uploaded, shared, or accessed through RaceBox platforms.
    • "Crustello" is a brand owned and operated by RaceBox Motorsport LLC.

  3. Intellectual Property Rights

    All intellectual property rights in the website, mobile application, and Crustello-branded products are owned by RaceBox Motorsport LLC and/or its licensors. The Crustello logo is copyrighted by Rotax.BG Ltd, the sole owner of RaceBox Motorsport LLC. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use RaceBox materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.

    User-generated content may be shared for personal or commercial use, provided it complies with applicable laws and does not imply endorsement without prior written consent.

  4. User Content and Licensing

    Users retain ownership of content uploaded to RaceBox servers. By submitting content, users grant RaceBox a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and perform the content for operational and promotional purposes.

  5. User Obligations

    Users must:

    • Use Crustello services in accordance with these Terms.
    • Not copy, distribute, or reproduce materials that infringe RaceBox’s intellectual property.
    • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
    • Use services only for lawful and intended purposes.

  6. Restrictions

    Without express written permission, users may not:

    • Republish or distribute content.
    • Use content for commercial resale or licensing.
    • Display or disseminate materials publicly.
    • Extract data automatically (scraping) or send spam.
    • Use services for advertising or marketing.

  7. Content Restrictions

    Users must not upload content that:

  11. Service Availability and Liability

    Crustello services may be unavailable due to technical issues, connectivity problems.

    • Damages to software, hardware, or telecommunications;
    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  12. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify RaceBox Motorsport LLC against any liabilities, costs, claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms.

  13. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be deleted without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

    RaceBox is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

  16. Assignment

    RaceBox is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

  17. Entire Agreement

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between RaceBox Motorsport LLC and you in relation to your use of this Website and Crustello mobile application and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

  18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida for the resolution of any disputes.
